Meet the owner
Meet our owner……. Saied Hassan!

Born in Egypt 1958, Saied graduated from Ain Shams University as an Innovative Culture Engineer and joined the Egyptian Army as their 1st ever Lieutenant in 1982.
After finishing with the army, he then joined a cruise line as a 2nd officer. In 1990 he made the move to Scotland to learn and grow his passion for hospitality within the hotel industry.
Saied moved to the Isle of Man in 2000. He has since managed many of the Island’s Top Restaurants and Hotels for over a decade.

The opportunity to open Bonds as the new owner was exciting for Saied as he brings a wealth of experience from his previous restaurants, along with his warmth & exceptional Customer Service!
